beautiful day

today was a beautiful day in many ways! god is so good and so powerful.

this afternoon colby and i shoveled the snow off the rest of our driveway.  i really don't like shoveling snow, but at least it was warm enough to wear a t-shirt while doing it!

yeah, i was exaggerating!
 when we were done, we just laid on the driveway and soaked up the sun.  it was so relaxing.

 then we got out the sidewalk chalk!

we also made valentines this afternoon.

even i got valentines for my students!

    You made it to another of your favorite holiday, Valentine's day! Ugh! I have to agree that it is kind of a useless holiday. Bleh!
